Ordering & Subscription Setup

How do I place an order for annual flower delivery?

Simply select your bouquet preferences, choose the delivery date, and check out securely through our website.

Can I choose multiple recipients for different occasions?

Yes. You’ll need to place a separate order for each recipient and occasion.

What bouquet sizes and flower types are available?

We offer three sizes: Standard, Deluxe, and Premium. We have year-round flowers available for preference selection: Carnations, Chrysanthemums, Daisies, Lilies, Roses, and Sunflowers. You’ll be able to indicate your selections when placing an order. Click here to get started.

How far in advance should I place an order?

We recommend placing orders as early as possible. Your first delivery can arrive as soon as 4 days after purchase.

What happens if the flowers I selected are out of stock?

Your flower choice is considered a preference. While we do our best to honor your selection, seasonal and local availability may mean substitutions are necessary. In those cases, your recipient will receive a beautiful bouquet of equal or greater value.

Delivery & Scheduling

How do I choose the delivery date?

During checkout, you’ll be able to select the date you’d like your flowers delivered each year.

Can I change the delivery date after my order is placed?

Yes, you can adjust delivery dates in your account settings as long as the order hasn’t already been prepared for shipment.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

Our delivery partners will leave the flowers in a safe location or attempt redelivery, depending on the situation.

Can I send flowers to multiple addresses?

Yes. You’ll just need to place a separate order for each address.

What if my recipient moves to a different country?

At this time, Forever Thoughtful delivers within the USA only.

Pricing & Payment

How does pricing work for annual deliveries?

You pay upfront for each year of delivery you’d like to secure. This locks in the price for the duration of your subscription plan.

Can I pay for multiple years upfront?

Yes, you can pre-pay for as many years as you wish at checkout. Click here to get started.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallet options available through Shopify checkout.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Yes. You’ll receive a full refund if canceled at least 7 days before the delivery date. If canceled closer to delivery, we’ll issue a refund minus a 10% service fee.

Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?

No. What you see at checkout is exactly what you’ll pay.

Managing & Updating My Order

How can I update the recipient’s address?

Log into your account and update the address in your order details.

What if my recipient moves to a different country?

Currently, we can only deliver within the USA. If your recipient moves abroad, you may cancel remaining deliveries and receive a refund for any undelivered gifts.

How do I edit my personal message for future deliveries?

You can update or change your personal message anytime in your account settings.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can pause or cancel deliveries at any time through your account.
