Welcome to Forever Thoughtful Co. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Forever Thoughtful Co. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides pre-paid annual flower delivery services within the United States. These Terms govern your use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders & Subscriptions

Orders may be placed online through our website. You may choose delivery dates, bouquet preferences, and add personalized messages. All flower selections are treated as preferences. Due to seasonality and availability, substitutions may occur. Orders are valid only for delivery addresses within the United States.

4. Payment

Payment for all services is required upfront at the time of order. Multiple years of service may be purchased in advance. We accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at Shopify checkout. Prices are locked in at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery

Deliveries will be made on or around your selected date. If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery partner may leave the flowers in a safe location or attempt redelivery. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before delivery are subject to a 10% service fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If Forever Thoughtful Co. is unable to fulfill a scheduled delivery, a refund will be provided for the undelivered gift.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping recipient details (including address) accurate and up to date. If your recipient moves outside of the United States, remaining deliveries may be canceled, and refunds will be issued for any undelivered gifts.

8. Privacy & Data Security

Your personal and payment information is processed securely through Shopify. For details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Forever Thoughtful Co. is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, courier issues, or supply shortages). In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific delivery in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
